30-day satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind SHOWRSHIELD. If it doesn't work for you — for any reason — within 30 days of delivery, email us and we'll make it right with a full refund. We mean it: you don't have to leave it sealed in the box to qualify. We expect you to try it in the shower, that's what it's for.
For hygiene and sustainability, we ask that you rinse and dry the shield before sending it back so it can be responsibly recycled — but a used shield will never disqualify you from a genuine satisfaction claim within the 30-day window.
How to start a return
Email hello@showrshield.com with your order number and a sentence about why it didn't work for you. We'll respond within one business day with next steps and a prepaid return label for US orders.
Refunds
Once your return is on its way, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is refunded if the item arrived defective, damaged, or was sent in error.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost — no return required.
Exchanges
For hygiene reasons we don't process direct swaps — please request a refund on the original order and place a new one.
